Remove the present O-rings from the valve body, making a note of where they are. Clean the inside of the spout and the outside of the valve body using a 50/50 vinegar/water solution.
Install the new O-rings on the valve body after lubricating them with the provided silicone grease. Lubricant should be applied to the exterior of the valve body and the inside of the spout hub.
Do Moen Kitchen Faucets Have Flow Restrictors?

- To maintain the finish of the Moen faucet, wrap rubber bands around the threaded tip.
- Using the pliers, unscrew the aerator assembly wrapped in rubber bands.
- Using needle-nose pliers, gently pull the rubber washer out of the aerator’s top.
